What's your cancellation policy?
We follow a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations made outside of that time frame will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
How should my hair be at the time of my appointment?
Fully washed and dry at least 48 hours before your appointment. Check out our policies page for more details.

APPOINTMENTS & WALK-INs
We are an appointment-only business. No walk-ins
CANCELLATION
Cancellations made anytime after 24 hours prior to your appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee
LATENESS
After 30 minutes, we have the right to cancel or limit the service. If your appointment is canceled, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee
REFUNDS
Refunds are not available but we do offer a two-week adjustment policy. Here's how it works: Contact us anytime within two weeks after your appointment so we can schedule an adjustment session.
PAYMENT
All major credit cards and cash are accepted.
